These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 565bd website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and any other features or content offered by 565bd (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 565bd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 565bd Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond 565bd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 565bd shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a player as a direct result of Platform unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

565bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 565bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 565bd operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving any player disputes fairly and promptly through its customer support process. In the event of an unresolved dispute, players may seek recourse through the applicable legal channels available in their jurisdiction.
